An order is considered confirmed once it has been accepted by Kamalia Khaddar.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan for eligible orders.
Customers are responsible for paying the total amount due at the time of delivery.

4. Delivery

We deliver orders to available locations across Pakistan through courier services.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact number.
Additional delivery attempts or charges may apply if the customer is unavailable or provides incorrect delivery information.

5. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Sale, discounted, clearance, and promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may contact the customer regarding an alternative product, revised order, or refund where applicable.

7. Cancellation

Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
