Return & Refund Policy

At Kamalia Khaddar, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Period

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Original tags and packaging should be intact.
Products that have been used, washed, damaged, altered, or without original tags may not be accepted.

3. Sale & Discounted Items

Sale, discounted, clearance, and promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.

4. Return Shipping Charges

If you are returning an item due to change of mind, size preference, or any other personal reason, the return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 7 days. After verification, Kamalia Khaddar will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

5. Refund

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return is approved.

For approved refunds, the refund will be processed according to our refund procedure. Any applicable delivery or return charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
